When to start the test of ovulation
You should know your usual cycle length,use the table below to work out the day you should start testing,and beginning the ovulation test .

Tips:
1. Test around the same time every day .
2. Reduce your liquid intake approximately 2 hours prior to testing.
3. Do not urinate for at least 2 hours prior to testing.
4. Do not start test if miss the testing day, wait until next menstruation.
How to use
To ensure that you use the Monitor correctly,read the instructions carefully.
Step 1 Ready to test
Remove the Test Stick from the foil wrapper,for HDR300-OP/ HDR500-OP Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor make sure to distinguish between the LH Test Stick (See Figure 2 ) to the HCG Test Stick (See Figure 3 ), before apply urine to the Test Stick, it must be inserted in the Test Holder.

Step 1 Ready to test
Remove the Test Stick from the foil wrapper,for HDR300-OP/ HDR500-OP Digital Pregnancy & Ovulation Monitor make sure to distinguish between the LH Test Stick (See Figure 2 ) to the HCG Test Stick (See Figure 3 ), before apply urine to the Test Stick, it must be inserted in the Test Holder.
Operation Tips:
1. According to the testing requirement choose the LH Test Stick for ovulation predictor; choose the HCG Test Stick for pregnancy test.
2 .The Test Stick must be inserted into the Test Holder before apply urine to the absorbent tip.
Step 2 Assemble the test
Find the arrow mark on the Test Stick and Test Holder; insert the Test Stick into the Test Holder by opposite the arrow mark and locked, the Monitor will send out a slightly "tick" sound and automatically identified the type of the Test Stick, the "LH" or "HCG" will appear on the Display accordingly. The Symbol "LH" on the screen shows ovulation as Figure, and the symbol "HCG" on the screen shows early pregnancy test as figure.
Operation Tips:
1. Ensure the direction of the arrow mark correctly.
Step 3 Do the test
Hold the ended of the Monitor , place the Absorbent Sampler, pointing downwards in your urine steam for 5 seconds.
Or test a sample of your urine collected in a clean and dry container. Dip just the Absorbent Sample in your collected urine for 15 seconds.
Operation Tips:
1. Do not absorb urine unless the steady "LH" or "HCG" symbol shows on the Display
2. To get an accurate test result, make sure to keep the Test Stick absorb urine fully .
Step 4 Wait for result
After drench the urine, laid the Monitor on a flat surface with the Display facing up. The symbol of "LH" or "HCG" will be flicker means testing
Tips :
1. After inhalation of urine, it may take a few moments for the "LH" or "HCG" Symbol to begin flashing.
2. Do not eject the Test Stick while waiting for the result.
3. During the test, please avoid the Monitor by the collision.
Step 5 See your result
LH+:You have reached your most fertile time and should ovulate within the next 24-36 hours. Have intercourse at any time during the next 24-36 hours to maximize your chances of becoming pregnant. There is needless for further testing during this cycle.
LH-:No LH surge detected, use a new Test Stick to do the test again at the same time tomorrow.
HCG+:The test result is pregnant, you should see your doctor who can advise you on what steps you should take next.
HCG- :You may not be pregnant, or your menstrual period has not arrived yet,the level of pregnancy hormone may not be high enough to be detected .If you test too early, please test again during your menstrual period. If your period is overdue, test again in 3 days, if the result shows "No pregnant" and you still have not had your period, please see your doctor.
Step 6 Eject the Test Stick
After you have read the result, press the Ejection Buttons on the Monitor to remove the Test Stick.
Tips:
1. The result of your test can only be read on the Display, you can not determine your result from any lines that you see on the Test Stick.
2. The Test Stick is not reusable.
3.Dispose of the Test Stick with your normal household waste.
4. After you finish your test, please eject the Test Stick and store the Test Holder for next test.
5. Whether the result will be disappeared, when you eject the Test Stick the result will be show on the LCD screen again.
