Method: the Antigen Rapid Test Cassette was evaluated with specimens obtained from patients. PCR is used as a reference for Antigen Rapid Test Cassette. If PCR shows a positive result, the specimen is considered positive. 518 clinical samples were confirmed by PCR, and there were a total of 115 positive samples and 403 negative samples. These samples were blinded, and three batches of COVG-602 products were used for random testing by three individuals. The results were interpreted and recorded in 20 minutes, and the results were invalid in 30 minutes.
