The HIRIKON LH test kit is used to qualitatively detect luteinizing hormone (LH) levels in human urine.

   LH is a hormone that periodically changes with the menstrual cycle of a woman. HIRIKON ovulation test
works by detecting the increase in a hormone called LH in your urine.The LH surge occurs approxi mately
24-36 hours prior to the release of an egg from women' s ovaries and the process known as ovulation.
Women are at your most fertile on the day your LH surge is detected and the day after.
  α-LH monoclonal antibody and anti-rabbit lgG antibody were prepared by solid-phase nitrocellu lose
membrane, colloidal gold labeled anti-β-LH monoclonal antibody and other reagents, respec tively. The
level of LH was detected by double-sand wich antibody chromatography.
